Then they took several days to respond, showing zero responsibility. According to the shipping records, the item arrived at their warehouse long ago, but now they claim they "can't find it" and refuse to issue a refund. This excuse is highly suspicious—it's clearly just stalling or outright refusal to honor their obligations. I'm still constantly chasing them for the refund, even though they've already received the returned item. A word of advice: if something goes wrong, don't expect any help from them. If you want a hassle-free experience, avoid this store—it's just not worth the trouble! 退货过程简直是噩梦。一开始就让我发邮件、提供照片证明，才能开始退货流程，光是这个就很烦人。之后他们还拖了好几天才回复，非常不负责任。 东西早就根据物流记录送达他们仓库了，现在他们却说“找不到”，所以不肯退款。这种说法太可疑了，根本就是在拖延或赖账。 我现在还在不断催他们退款，明明他们已经收到了退货。奉劝大家一句：出了问题你根本指望不上他们，想省心的别在这家店买，真的是得不偿失！
