回复 @RunaPorker : The leather ones will definitely be a bit less breathable than the mesh ones, but they have ventilation holes on the sides, so they're fine for normal spring and autumn wear. 皮面的和网面的比透气性肯定会差了一点，但侧面有透气孔，正常春秋穿可以的
: I tried on the white pair in smoky rose! The entire shoe is leather, but it's soft leather, not stiff. The back is a bit like New Balance 327, and the sole is non-slip, making it more of a casual style. : It used to be free returns, but I just read their website, and if you use a prepaid label they'll deduct $5. I suggest reading the return policy yourself. 以前是免费退货的，但是这次读他们网站说明，用prepaid label的话要扣5刀，建议自己去读return policy

: The Mary Janes probably won't slip off, but for the flat ones, if they do slip, you can put in a half-size insole. 玛丽珍应该不会，平底的那种如果掉的话可以垫个半码垫

: Ordered Clarks shoes on Sunday, got charged for two orders somehow. No confirmation email from Sunday to Wednesday. Called CS Monday - they said can't cancel, must wait to receive then return. Emailed official but no reply, phone lines dead. This shopping experience is truly worrying and disappointing! Hope this gets resolved soon. Thanks. 我周日下单了Clarks鞋子，不知为什么对方charge我两单的钱，而且从下单到周三没有任何confirmation email. 周一尝试给客服打电话，客服说不能cancel order，必须等收到货以后去退货。我给官方写email也没人回，电话也打不通。这样的购物体验真的让人担心和失望！希望尽快帮忙解决。谢谢。

回复 @匿名用户 : Check the charge status - one might be pre-authorization that'll be refunded, the other will process when order ships. If order fails completely, funds should auto-return. Don't panic yet, wait for CS to check if website has system issues. 扣的款是什么状态，扣两笔可能哈有一笔是预授权，到时候会退，另一笔在订单发货后会扣走，要是订单都没成功，额度自动就退回来了，先不着急，等客服上班问问客服是不是网站系统有啥问题了

: The shoes just arrived. Packaging is great, leather is soft, fits true to size, a bit loose in the heel, but the sole is super comfortable. Much better value for money than the red SW! 鞋子gan刚到，包装很好，皮质柔软，码正，就是有点鞋后跟松，鞋底超级舒服，比红色SW性价比高太多！
