: Send them an email—there's a time difference so replies are slow. After you email, you just have to wait; if you send again, your request goes to the end of the line. 发邮件吧，有时差回的慢，发完了得等着，重复发就会重新往后排了

Right after I placed the order, I realized that one of the t-shirts I bought was too big, so I canceled it and waited for a refund—at the time, the item was priced at $196. After 10 days with no refund, I emailed them, and they only refunded me $174. When I emailed customer service again, they said it was because they deducted what I paid with the gift card and then took an extra 10% off. The gift card had 8 uses. I once got extra 10% in cash when I chose a gift card when returning a shirt. But they never told me that if I used the gift card again and canceled or returned something, they'd deduct more. What kind of shady move is this? 我訂了5件衣服发了$1025我用了之前这家商店的礼卡里$234，当时刚下单后不到一分钱其中一件短袖我觉得号码太大我就取消了等待退款，我下订时候是$196然后过了10天以后还没有得到退款我发邮件给他们他们只退给我$174，然后我再发邮件给客服他们回答，因为要扣除掉扣我用的礼卡再扣除10%那个礼卡是8份我退了一次衬衫我选礼卡因为会多给10%的现金，但是并未告知下次用礼卡取消或者退货再给扣掉这是什么骚操作。
