U.S. Tariffs:

Returns & Refunds:

A return fee of $28 per item applies, and customs duties and shipping fees are non-refundable. The return label provided by the merchant must be used, and the returned package must arrive at the merchant's return location within 14 days. (Detailed return process & return policy). Based on user feedback, refunds take 45-60 days to process.

Logistics Information:

The merchant has shipping points in multiple countries. The confirmed shipping time is 3-7 days. Standard shipping methods include DHL, FedEx, and Startrack Express.
