: Has anyone bought the double-handle Shell 33? What are the actual dimensions? There’s no 30-inch for double-handle, but the single-handle 30 isn't very stable. My Shell carry-on is indeed a bit smaller compared to others. I saw reviews saying the double-handle 28 is advertised as 30 but is actually 28. If the 33 double-handle is actually close to the 30, that’d be great. 回复 @Yakamozly : Check your spam folder, but I think they've had cases before where people received the items but no email. If you're worried, you can ask customer service 垃圾邮件看看呢，不过之前他们家好像是有过货都收到了，但是还没有收到邮件的情况，不放心可以找客服问问
