回复 @匿名用户 : Then for these two, I feel like keeping the white one; it looks very pretty and gives a clean, fresh feel. For the two above, I suggest keeping the one with a handle. My family also has double-handled ones that get hot, but long handles don't get hot. 那这俩我感觉留白色吧，很好看清清爽爽的感觉，上面那俩我建议是留带把手的，我家也是双耳的会烫手，但长把手不烫

Honestly, the others that aren't one of the two “noble” brands are all about the same... That's why people say just go straight to LC or Staub. 是的是的最贵的两个我知道不容易脆，锁水好，还有一些设计上的优点。不是两个贵族品牌的，感觉都差不多…所以大家才说一步到位lc和staub

: Coated Non-Stick Pan Maintenance Guide: Do not dry burn or heat an empty pan. Cooking with a cold pan and cold oil is best; otherwise, the coating will peel off and turn black. If it turns black, stop using it. Try not to use metal spatulas to scratch the coating; silicone or wooden spatulas are better. When washing, do not use steel wool or soak for long periods. If used properly, it can last quite a while. 涂层不粘锅保养指南：不能空烧干烧，冷锅冷油烹饪最好，不然涂层脱落就发黑了，黑了就别用了。尽量别用铁铲去刮损涂层，用硅胶铲木铲较好。洗的时候也别用钢丝球别长时间浸泡。好好用着也能用挺久的。
