My husband is about 168cm/66kg, he wears youth XL. If it's men's adult sizes, he wears S. For your reference. 我們是去店裡試穿的，我158/43穿S剛好，長袖的話袖子差不多8分，M的話就是舒服！老公168/66左右，穿大童XL,男大人的話他穿S，給你參考
