: A while back when my family went back to Mainland China, I bought one. Tested it out and the internet worked fine—my kid could stream stuff smoothly. The first time I set it up in Hong Kong, I couldn't figure it out, but then I did it again in Shanghai and it worked. Hotspot tethering and everything was fine. After returning to Mainland China, I couldn't find the SIM card and didn't think much of it. Turns out the monthly fee was auto-charged. I didn't have a record of the number anymore, so I reached out to customer service on WeChat. They transferred me to a specialist, who then directly canceled the account for me and refunded the money right away. Overall the experience was pretty good—canceling and getting the refund was smooth. I'll buy again next time I go back to Mainland China and there's a promotion. 前段时间家里人回国我买过，实测上网没问题，小孩看东西都挺流利的，在香港第一次整没整明白，后来在上海又搞了一次好了，蹭热点啥的都可以。回国以后sim卡找不到了，我也没在意，结果自动收了月费，我没有号码的记录了，就微信找客服说了一下，给我转到了一个专员，后面他直接帮我销号了，钱也立马退了，体验下来整体还是不错的，销号退钱也挺丝滑。以后回国有活动再买。

: Absolutely do not use it. When you go back to China, it's a China Mobile account. The signal comes and goes, and it can't compare to an actual China Mobile SIM card. Also, when you try to reach customer service from Mainland China, possibly due to the time difference, the replies are extremely slow — it takes a full day to get a response. On top of the unreliable signal, if you want to make calls with this card, you must be connected to a usable WiFi. When you signed up for the card, you clearly chose not to save your credit card information, yet the website still keeps and records it anyway. Overall, the experience is extremely poor in every way. 千万区别用，回国是中国移动的账号。信号时有时无，和移动本身的卡没法比，然后你国内找客服，可能时差问题，回复超级慢，要1天才能回复你，信号时有时无不说，你想用这个卡打电话必须连着可用的wifi才可以。你当时开卡的时候，明明选择不保留你的信用卡信息，可网站还是会给你保留记录下来，反正各方面体验极差。
