想减肥,健康饮食是关键,和大家分享下我家中常备的超级食物 superfood
1️⃣ 奇亚籽 (Chia Seeds) 购于Costco
鼠尾草的种子,天然omega-3脂肪酸,抗氧化,代谢有害脂肪,降低胆固醇,保护心血管,富含多重营养素,低热量且富含纤维,促进肠道蠕动改善便秘,饱腹感强。
🍽食用方法:我最爱加在隔夜燕麦。万变不离其宗,换着花样吃百吃不腻!以下三种公式大家任意搭配:
👩🍳 奇亚籽➕奶(almond milk, coconut milk) ➕水果坚果

2️⃣ 亚麻籽 (Flaxseed) 购于whole food
减低心脏负荷,降低高血压,减少血脂含量,同时提高不饱和脂肪酸的水平,改善血液浓度,减低血液的黏性,保持血液的流动性,预防血管阻塞及有关疾病。
🍽食用方法:加在各种smoothie里面 (1 tbsp) 或者和chia seeds一起混在隔夜燕麦中,没有任何特殊的味道

3️⃣ Cacao Powder 购于Costco
cacao指未碱化的生可可粉,未经高温处理,可可里的抗氧化成分,活性酶和更多营养物质得以更好的保留。与市面上加了各种糖和添加剂不同,味道偏苦涩。
🍽食用方法:和香蕉一起,做成Frozen Banana & Cacao Smoothie,也喜欢做成布朗尼,还有低碳低卡巧克力蛋糕,超级好吃又不罪恶,食谱稍后会分享给大家。

4️⃣各种坚果/椰子碎
含有多种维生素、矿物质、且含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,对大脑的健康是非常有好处。 而且坚果还具有清除自由基和抗氧化,降低胆固醇,以及改善视力和保护心脑血管系统、降低患糖尿病风险的作用。
🍽食用方法:直接食用,撒在隔夜燕麦,做成能量棒,或者坚果面包。超爱坚果,不过大家也要控住每天的量哦,每天一小把就好,吃太多也会胖哦

5️⃣ Supergreen Powder 超级青汁 购于whole food
平时如果吃的蔬菜量不够,比如旅游的时候,都可以通过和青汁来补充每日的营养素。绿色的这个是原味,连我这种超爱青菜的人都觉得味道有一点难以入口,所以如果对口感比较有要求的宝宝可以买左边这个sweet berry味道的,口感酸酸甜甜要友好很多,冲水就很好喝

6️⃣ 各种水果干
有时候需要甜味又不想加任何糖的话,可以加一些天然的水果干,比如枣,蔓越莓干,梅子干,草莓干,或者菠萝干。买的时候注意看看,一定要买除了水果,没有添加任何额外糖的,干净的成分表的产品。不过水果本身含糖量比较高,大家也要注意量哦
🍽食用方法:直接食用,撒在隔夜燕麦,泡柠檬水,或者做成能量棒。
