健康是一切的基础,只有好的体魄,我们才能做我们想做的一切。所以我一直非常注重身体健康的管理,要想壮,就要动。我每天早上会在起床之后喝一杯白开水,然后在院子里活动后,在吃早餐,下午是瑜伽🧘♀️1个小时,基本雷打不动。活动之余,我有一个懒人健康法就是用刮板,刮一刮自己的身体部位,让血液循环起来,这样也可以起到锻炼的作用哦!

那有的时候我们是真的不想动或者不能动,我有一个懒人健康法就是用刮板,刮一刮自己的身体部位,让血液循环起来,这样也可以起到锻炼的作用哦!比如我们劳累时,或者用眼过度,可以用刮板刮一刮额头,可能刮的时候有一点不舒服,那是因为血脉不通,刮完之后你会觉得神清气爽,非常舒服!
写到最后,我想到钟南山院士曾经说:“锻炼应该像吃饭一样,成为生活的一部分”提高免疫力,保持健康的身体,不是一朝练就,“要想长寿,必须动”,只有坚持运动,我们才能保持长久的健康,从现在开始,让运动成为每日常态,让运动成为你生活的一部分!
