估计今年都是在家上学了,每天上午下午都有活动,所以定时定量吃饭成了妈妈每天必修课程。
我都是安排在12:30-1:15 pm吃饭,尽量有菜有肉有主食。
用小朋友的餐盘定量,这样我既知道他们的饭量,也可以不浪费。(贴近主题)
分享一些午餐哦:
第一周的营养午餐:
#1 鹅油拌面🍜➕煎鱼块➕荷包蛋➕黄瓜
#2 肉丸意面🍝➕蔬菜
#3 水煎包
#4 牛排➕花椰菜➕烤土豆
#5 烤小鸡腿➕龙虎斑鱼柳➕豆腐汤

周一:酱油王龙虾➕玉米胡萝卜土豆泥➕小菠菜
周二:广式香肠炒饭➕拍黄瓜🥒
周三:鲜虾馄饨➕炒芥兰(馄饨我是周末提前包好的)
周四:煎羊排➕蚝油鸡丁➕牛油烤玉米➕豆腐骨头汤
周五:牛油仙贝➕番茄炒蛋➕西兰花🥦

第三周:据说人每天最少吃7种颜色的食物最健康,小朋友的营养午餐五颜六色似彩虹🌈。
星期一:牛排🥩➕鹅油拌面➕葡萄🍇➕黄瓜
星期二:新奥尔良烤翅➕蛤蜊丝瓜➕米饭
星期三:肉丝蔬菜炒饭➕蛤蜊蒸蛋➕黄瓜
星期四:上海火腿炒面➕烧卖➕莲藕汤
星期五:烤客家咸猪肉➕肉丝拉皮➕煎虱目鱼肚➕黄瓜
吃饱饭补充能量❤️

食物不浪费我们家除了靠爸爸扫光之外,主要是定时定量,这样小朋友吃的也很规律。
开学第四周每天午餐集会。
星期一:百香果虾仁➕黄瓜➕松板肉
星期二:柠檬虾仁➕牛油烤玉米➕高丽菜
星期三:烤羊肉串儿➕炸虾🍤夹西兰花🥦
星期四:烤披萨➕炸洋葱圈➕炸地瓜条
星期五:饮茶啦!糯米鸡➕大虾➕烧卖
