香甜软糯的快手香蕉面包,甜度适中,既有甜味又有麦香。
家里有熟透的香蕉就可以做起来,这个配方是无泡打粉,用的是小苏打,香甜好吃😋
只用了家里有的材料来做,一定用熟透的香蕉,这样口感会更甜更好吃😋

-3个非常成熟的香蕉(中/大)
-室温下½杯无盐黄油(8汤匙)
-1/2杯黑糖
-2个大鸡蛋(室温)
-1½杯小麦粉
-1茶匙小苏打
-½茶匙盐
-½茶匙香草精
-1杯切碎的核桃
-½杯葡萄干
-1 1/2杯面粉
步骤:
先准备好所有材料:面粉可以用低筋面粉、Whole wheat(全麦)、普通面粉、Almond (杏仁粉)

1、先炒核桃~在锅上小火炒拌核桃,不断搅拌,以免烧焦,切碎并冷却至室温。

2、准备2根香蕉,去皮之后放入碗中,用叉子捣碎成香蕉泥,往香蕉泥中加入2个鸡蛋、8汤匙软化黄油和3/4杯黑糖搅拌均匀,让黑糖完全融化在蛋液中。

3、另取一个碗倒入1 1/2杯面粉、1茶匙小苏打和1/2茶匙盐,将它们混合均匀,然后少量多次的倒入蛋液中,一边倒一边用筷子不停搅拌,一直搅拌成细腻、没有面疙瘩的面糊即可,不要过度搅拌!
4、加入1/2茶匙香草精,混入切碎的核桃和葡萄干中,倒入准备好的模具中(記住抹上少许油方便脫模)。

5、将烤箱预热至350°F,模具抹油!
把面糊倒入模具,在350˚F的温度下烘烤55-60分钟,用牙签插入面包中心能干净,面包就烤好了✅。

6、让香蕉面包静置10分钟,然后再转移到金属丝架上放凉。
♨️吃不完的,可以切片放冰箱保存3天左右,吃时用微波炉或小烤箱加热即可吃,凉吃也别有风味😋。
