隨著年紀越來越大,總覺得應該要開始注意飲食:少糖少澱粉多纖維多蛋白質。加上去年底做了健檢,老公的很多健康指數不是這麼理想,更讓我下定決心,要來好好控制飲食。因為美國疫情的關係,目前我們還是不敢在外面餐廳用餐,我幾乎每天在家煮飯,希望可以養成健康飲食習慣😋
食材盡量都是雞肉、海鮮為主,搭配蔬菜、雞蛋等米飯是蒸穀米搭配白花椰菜飯

嘗試做了健康版本的烘蛋,意外的好吃

應該看的出來我很多道都做了肉餅,用雞胸肉做成肉餅真的蠻好吃的,比起直接吃雞胸肉,口味又有更多變化,而且重點是肉質一點都不柴😆
偶爾再搭配一碗蔬菜豆腐湯,增加飽足感又健康

想嘗試做三杯雞,但找不到正宗的九層塔😂所以吃起來完全不是三杯雞

網上買的百葉豆腐好豪吃,加上香菜和一滴滴日式醬油真是完美

這道是健康版本的鹹水雞,雞胸肉悶熟之後手撕,各種蔬菜、食材燙熟後放涼,加上蔥、薑、蒜末,灑上適量香油、白胡椒、辣油、醬油之後,就是一道美味的料理嘍

早餐的話會最常吃的就是地瓜😆

天氣冷的話就想吃鍋😋~這道鍋裡的雞肉丸也是用雞胸肉做成,好吃又健康

雖然才施行一個多月,但老公的體重和血壓降了不少,真的覺得很欣慰,也讓我更有動力煮飯了,期許我們都有健康的身體❤️
