我今天带我妈去Costco,然后我们试吃cheese slice ,我拿了白色的,我妈拿了黄色的,我告诉她,白色的好吃一点,我妈不知道拿了不能放回去,就放回去拿了另一块,那个人就说拿过了不能放回去,我妈就马上道歉了,刚想拿回那块拿过的,那个人立刻很激动很生气马上把我妈拿过的那块拿起来,举到耳朵那么高,然后狠狠的、十分用力地扔了进垃圾桶,(像要扔一个baseball那种手势)我妈明显是被震惊了,周围在试食的两个人可能也愣了一下,望着那个人,我在几步之远马上过去,那个人依然很生气很凶狠的样子,然后我和他说我会向经理投诉的,然后我妈说还是算了,不要把事情搞大。但是我看见我妈眼睛都泛着光了。那个人我觉得绝对是Asian hate,我妈虽然错在先,但是她马上道歉,那个人虽是推广的,不算真正的Costco员工,但是还是要礼貌对待客人,而且他可以扔掉别人碰过的东西,但是不应该像要打人那样,先借力把手举到耳朵边再用力扔掉,我觉得这完全是不尊重人的表现。如果是对一个其他人种,这个推广员还会这么不礼貌吗?本来我打算就算了,但是我突然想起我一个朋友她也是在Costco受到员工的不平等对待,她说的一句话我特有感想,她说做人还是要有一点尊严,我们没做错,也不能让别人只是因为我们是华人就欺负我。虽然这次是我们有错在先,但是我妈马上很礼貌道歉,那个人竟然做出这种行为,我还是不能让别人把欺负中国人当成家常便饭,所以我还是和Costco经理说了,而且我还是打算再发email去Costco 投诉(由于我英文也不是很好,怕表达不出那种生动的描述,有英文好的小伙伴可以帮我拟一份投诉书,我将感激不尽,谢谢)。希望华人每个人遇到这种事情都要勇敢站出来。#Costco

:感觉Costco的试吃员好多都长年心情不好。我家附近一家有个试吃员你拿了东西不跟他说谢谢她就在那里阴阳怪气😂 说真的有多少人拿了试吃的东西会说谢谢啊🤔感觉一般不都是拿了就走?
:如果有时遇见自己喜欢想买的,或者工作人员介绍下的话,还会附和两句,说谢谢之类的,如果不怎么热情的工作人员或者很多人围着的,我们一般都是拿了就走
:是的,除非有更多交流,不然就是拿了就走然后我家那边那个试吃员,每次你拿了不说谢谢,她就在那里黑着脸说you’re welcome
:我要是遇到这种情况很令人气愤的事情,就会去Google review或者face book那边留差评。这样会有很多人看到。

Before she could pick up the piece that she had put back to the tray, the person furiously grabbed the piece of cheese, held it high above his own ears and threw it at the trash can. It all happened within seconds, and my mother was completely shocked as she watched the unnecessary sequence of actions. Such actions were way more violent and humiliating than necessary, since the person had already verbally informed of my mother of the issue to which she had apologized, and appeared to be an act of public shaming of a senior Asian woman, who clearly had no ill intentions at all. Several other customers nearby also witnessed the incident, and they seemed concerned too. I walked up to the angry looking person, and informed him that I would report the incident to the management.

This is a formal complaint of a recent racial discrimination incident that my mother, a senior woman in her __您母亲的年龄世代,比如50s/60s, had been subjected to during our store visit, and this is my request that you investigate my allegations and take appropriate action to remedy it and stop it. The harasser was an individual responsible for the cheese sampling station at the store. Upon speaking with the manager, I was informed that the individual was not a direct employee of Costco, but rather sent to work in the store by the cheese manufacturer. The following event is what I consider as racial discrimination:

:我以前看见过一个白人小孩也不知道不能把食物放回去,那个试食员还开他玩笑,当然这是另一个试食员,我们这里都是可以试多次的,不同口味当然可以试,不少试食员还会介绍这是不同口味,意思就是让人试不同口味没有限定一次

:可以投诉,但是也别抱什么希望,如果不是发酵的很大,一般也没啥后续,大部分企业都是偏向自己的员工,或者嫌麻烦就小事化无
:我觉得你中文描述得很好 英文一定也可以清楚和经理表达好的 可能当面表达比邮件更好
:costco 的试吃推广其实也就那样, 别放在心上。
:抱抱。。。安慰妈妈。。。网站上可以投诉,能直接选择哪个城市哪个店,如果记得名字就直接写进去。

:我自己是遇到过两次的,我的朋友遇到过一次,还有一次是我结账时看见另一个亚裔在投诉。这么大的企业,频繁出现这种问题,他们真的很应该注意一下这方面的问题
