1.房租标价是否包含水电网和垃圾费？（这个不提前问，月月多掏钱）

2.application fee和holding fee要交多少钱？（申请费交了就不退，被拒了钱也打水漂）
How much are the application fee and holding fee?
3.合同是fixed-term还是month-to-month？（十个人里有八个被这里坑过）
Is the contract fixed‑term or month‑to‑month?
4.押金收几个月？退房时什么情况下会扣钱？（问完能省下至少半个月房租）
How many months' rent is the deposit? Under what conditions will money be deducted when moving out?
5.房子带家具吗？还是完全空房？（不带家具的话，床和桌子又是一笔巨款）
Is the property furnished or completely unfurnished?
6.冬季是电供暖还是天然气？怎么收费？（一般天然气比电暖更省钱）
Is heating electric or gas in winter? How is it charged?
7.房屋或家电坏了，维修费是否由租客承担？（别等到冰箱坏了才想起来问）
If the house or appliances break down, does the tenant bear the repair costs?
8.合租室友是学生还是社会人？作息如何？（不搞清楚，凌晨三点被party吵醒）
Are my flat mates students or working professionals? What are their daily routines like?
9.可以看一下房屋实拍视频或者实地看房吗？（能亮出这个的房东/中介，基本靠谱）
Can I see a real video of the property or view it in person before signing?
