新的一年如何把升职加薪,加在你的performance goal里面?
首先认清现实,埋头苦干是不会带给你升职加薪的,如果想升职就首先自己就要act at that level. 领导不会给一个”potential leader”升职,而是你就先成为那个leader.
在你的performance goal里面
1. 需要强调Growth and Leadership. 不要直接说 "I want a raise/promotion," 而是含蓄的表达你想focus on expanding scope, visibility, and strategic impact:
比如Expand influence across cross-functional teams and lead strategic initiatives that demonstrate readiness for greater responsibility.
2. 把你个人的目标跟部门的部门挂钩,保持一致
Emphasize goals that naturally justify advancement:
比如Drive initiatives that result in X% cost optimization or process improvement, showcasing capabilities aligned with senior roles
有时候我们觉得假大空的话,反而是那些领导们需要“看到的点”。记住,你只需要知道how to play the game, and play it well😜
