轻轻松松做一道葡萄奶酥
大家好,今天小编要分享一道在家很适合用来招待客人的小点心:葡萄奶酥!它也是我儿时喜欢吃的小点心,刚刚出炉的葡萄奶酥香味浓郁,很适宜当下午茶呢!本次制作时间在1个小时左右。
准备材料:
低筋面粉:180g
葡萄干:60g
奶粉:12g
蛋黄:3个(室温)
细砂糖:50g
黄油:80g

制作方法:
- 1.分蛋
将蛋黄和蛋清隔离,做奶酥我们只需要蛋黄,蛋清超后用来刷面团用。再说下蛋黄要用室温的

- 2.软化黄油
黄油放到容器中室温软化,但是千万不能软化成油水状,用手按压可以按出小洞就代表可以用

- 3.放入奶粉,再放细砂糖

- 4.用打蛋器搅拌均匀,打到膨松即可

- 5.分三次加入蛋黄,每一次都要混合均匀

第二次加蛋黄,继续搅拌

- 6.筛入低筋面粉,用刮刀翻拌,无论用哪种方法按压都可以,反正混合就行

- 7.容器底部有面粉,戴上手套揉几次面团,揉多几次慢慢混合,直到看不到有粉粒

- 8.揉好的面团表面光滑,摸起来滑滑的

- 9.倒入葡萄干

- 10.把葡萄干揉到面团里面

- 11.把揉好把面团放到揉面垫上,用擀面棍擀开,擀成厚约1cm的面片,四周不整齐的地方用刀切掉,修整不规整的地方可以让葡萄酥看起来漂亮点

- 12. 切小块,放烘培纸到烤盘中,排放好小块。再给每个小面片刷上薄薄的蛋清。

- 13. 预热烤箱,180度烤15分钟

- 14.出炉摆盘上桌!
烤完的葡萄奶酥非常酥口,黄油和奶粉赋予了奶酥非一般的口感,香香脆脆,味道跟曲奇很像,口感像凤梨酥,再加上葡萄干,吃起来更是一道新风味!当然也可以用蔓越莓或者其他干果代替葡萄干做出不一样的奶酥,发挥你的创意吧!
