Dealmoon is seeking a smart, dynamic and creative Administrative Assistant who is a creative collaborator with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.   This individual will provide receptionist support to our office suite and report to our Administrative Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize company special events as needed
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Order and pick up of office and meeting catering
  • Assist the Administrative Manager in the preparation of monthly reports (Mid-Level of Excel)
  • Assist the Administrative Manager in updating and maintaining office policies
  • Place orders for office and kitchen supplies
  • Track usage of and generate monthly supply usage reports
  • Monitor, log and track the receipt of incoming and outgoing products
  • Set up/take down and prep workstations for incoming and exiting employees
  • Manage employee badges as wells parking garage access cards
  • Ensure ongoing communication with building management
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
  • Manage Courier/Shipping/Delivery shipping label requests & shipping supplies
  • Responsible for the overall management of the office suite environment as a whole
  • Perform other office duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bilingual (Mandarin and English) speaking/writing/reading is MANDATORY
  • Must Be able to lift package over 20 lbs – Required
  • Valid Texas driver's license - Required
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree - Strongly preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Must be computer savvy
  • Moderate knowledge of computer and office equipment
  • Detailed oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
