Editor's Pick: After long hours of typing or playing piano, your fingers can feel stiff, and a few minutes with this set can help loosen them up quite a bit. The clips work on pinch strength, while the stretch bands target finger extension, starting from light resistance and gradually increasing. The included training cards lay out what to practice each day, so you don't have to figure it out yourself. It's also great for elderly family members doing hand rehabilitation.
