Editor's Pick: For small items like chicken wings, fries, and bite-sized seafood, they tend to fall through the grill grate when placed directly on it. Tossing them into this basket and roasting while it rotates makes things much easier. The fine mesh design keeps even small pieces contained, and the rotation ensures even heating while the food's own oils baste it over and over, so it comes out tender instead of dry. It fits 1/2" or 3/8" hex rotisserie rods as well as 3/8" or 5/16" square rods, so if you already have a rotisserie setup at home, just swap it in and it's ready to use.
