Editor's Pick: When baking, weighing small amounts of yeast or salt can be tricky because regular scales aren't sensitive enough. The small platform on this dual-platform scale is accurate to 0.001 oz, so it can precisely measure even a gram or two. The large platform is stable enough for flour tubs and mixing bowls. Both platforms display readings at the same time, so you can weigh main ingredients and add secondary ones without switching back and forth. The stainless steel surface wipes clean easily after flour spills and won't retain odors.
