Editor's Pick: For plyo jumps or step training at home, the wood core is wrapped in EVA foam and a PVC surface, giving you good landing cushioning and less pressure on your knees. The three sides have different heights, so you can just flip it over to switch levels—no need to have several boxes taking up space at home. The surface is non-slip, so even when you're sweaty, you won't easily slip, and it supports up to 440 lbs (200 kg).
