Editor's Pick: If you can't reach the floor in a forward fold or your hips always feel crooked in seated poses, adding one block's height makes it so much easier. The surface has fine texture, so it doesn't slip much even with sweaty hands or bare feet. The edges are rounded, so your wrists don't dig in when you're holding a side plank or pressing into hip openers. One block gives you three height options, and as you follow along with videos, you'll gradually figure out which level works for you. It's very light, so rolling it up with your yoga mat and carrying it to class is no burden.
