: Bring it to a boil on high heat, stir it in the middle to prevent sticking, then simmer on the lowest heat for about ten minutes and let it steam for a bit. 大火烧开中间搅拌一下防止米粒粘锅，然后调最小火煮个十来分钟关火焖一下就行了
