回复 @NightCatJoy : No problem, you can try porting your number and if it doesn't work, you can always switch back. Another thing: do you need to use your phone outside the US? Mint seems more convenient overseas since it partners with more carriers as it uses the T-Mobile network. Last time I went to New Zealand, my classmate used Mint and it worked right when we landed (not that Mint is free abroad, you still have to pay for international roaming, but at least you can use it there). For me with Visible, even if I wanted to pay extra, I couldn't use it, so I had to buy a local SIM card. 不客气，可以携号转网试试不行就转回去。然后还有一个是你有没有出美国使用的场景，mint好像在海外使用更方便一点，因为mint用的的T-mobile网络合作商多一点。我上次去新西兰，同学mint落地直接用（不是说mint国外不收钱，都要额外收国际漫游的钱但mint在那边可以用），我visible想花钱都不行，只好当地买了个电话卡

回复 @NightCatJoy : After all, they're both MVNOs . But if you're going out to the wilderness in the Midwest, Visible (since it uses Verizon) might still have a signal when Mint doesn't. In cities and indoors, though, they're about the same. 毕竟都是二级运营商不过如果你去中西部野外玩的话，visible因为用的Verizon，mint没有信号的时候visible可能还有，但是城市里和室内都差不多
