: Scam alert! During Black Friday, I was promised 5 lines for $152 after tax. I traded in two iPhone 16 Pro/X models and already paid over $430 in taxes/fees at the store. Then the bill arrived at $480+ with a bunch of mystery charges. Called customer service and was told the monthly would be $172 with additional taxes/fees. Ended up returning the phones to the physical store yesterday and got hit with a $160 restocking fee. Learned my lesson—they're just scamming people for that $160+. Thank goodness for the 1-month trial period, otherwise imagine 3 years of random overcharges. Switched back to my old T-Mobile plan. 骗人，我黑五以去说好的5条线加完税152，我换了两架16pro,x,在店里已经付了430多的税什么的。前几天账单到家480多，一大推不知道什么费用。打电话去客服说一个月要172。还有什么税费用加起来。我昨天把手机拿到实体店去退给他们了，还要收取160的手续费，买了个教训，他们就是骗160多的费用。还好一个月的试用期要不然三年被他们乱收多少费用，我还是转会自己以前的TMB。
