See How Many Days You Can Survive?

I recently discovered a web game called "Cyber Hiking: Life and Death on the Ao-Tai Trail."

At first, I thought it was just a simple button-clicking distraction, but less than four days into the game, I was completely panicking.

In the game, you have to manage your body temperature, energy, hunger, and mental state.

When the weather changes, your temperature bar drops to zero; walk too fast, your energy bar flashes red; don't eat anything, and your mental state completely collapses.

I thought I'd be fine after buying a top-tier tent and gas canister, but I forgot to bring gloves, got frostbite on my fingers, suffered from lack of sleep, which led to mental breakdown.

The side quests are even more intense—rescuing a lost hiker named "Far Mountain" with a 48-hour time limit, all while making sure you don't die first.

One small mistake and you're done for. You can feel the pressure of the real Ao-Tai trail even through your screen.

Just FYI, the Ao-Tai trail has a 33% mortality rate in real life. Recently, the news reported another incident of someone crossing the restricted area, with rescue helicopters sounding alarms throughout the operation.

The graphics and sound effects are immersive—rocky paths, snow-covered mountains, howling winds—every step feels like walking on a knife's edge.

If you die, you can start over and try different strategies next time.

The game also has "cyber merit points" for environmentally friendly actions and helping others.

After playing, whenever I see news about accidents on the Ao-Tai trail, I quietly think: at least my hiking was just virtual—in real life, there are no second chances.

This game both mocks your courage and teaches you to have more respect for nature.

: The joy of gaming lies in relaxation and pleasure. If you play like this, aren't you just looking for trouble and bringing suffering upon yourself? It's probably just something done out of sheer boredom.
