紫薯这样做真的很~好~吃~哟!
今天又来分享一款简单的美食,这款紫薯软饼跟我上次分享过的烧饼很相似,只是用料有一点点不同,制作过程同样简单,喜欢软饼的朋友们不可错过哟,零失败,一次成功,厨房小白也能轻松,容易做到😉!
材料准备
紫薯2个,糯米粉200克,牛奶100克

👩🏻🍳做法步骤
①紫薯去皮切片,放入蒸锅大火开蒸15分钟,然后取出用叉子压烂,备用!

②把200克的糯米粉倒进薯蓉里,搅拌均匀!

③然后再倒入100克的纯牛奶,搅拌混合!

④用手搓成光滑面团,把面团分成几等份!

⑤取出面团一小份,滚圆,再慢慢摊开,中间厚,边位薄身一点!

⑥然后包上馅料,滚圆,轻轻按扁即可!

⑦完成后用保鲜膜包裹起来,防止干硬!

👩🏻🍳开煎
①开大火先预热平底锅,扫上少许油,把饼放入锅中,再转小火慢慢开煎!

②翻面再煎一会,煎至两面金黄色,表面微微涨起就是熟了,即可起锅!

嗯~软软糯糯而且超级香甜的紫薯红豆软饼就做好,出锅啦😍😍!

小贴士:刚煎好,起锅的烧饼不要叠在一起,因为过热烧饼太软,叠在一起会粘起来,影响美观跟口感哟~~这道简单而且超级好吃的软饼,你也来一份呀😉😉!
