我也是个新手先把材料准备好

称跟大碗准备好.然后放250克普通面粉我用的是这种面粉,做甜点披萨什么的都可以而且很柔软很绵

盐2克、白糖5克、凉水130克都放进碗里.然后搅成无干粉状态的面团。加入软化的黄油40克,用手揉5分钟左右,成有点光滑的面团就可以了

然后保鲜膜包好放进冷藏30分钟然后,开始做黄油片部分

这2个都可以包裹黄油片用不会破裂

工具准备好就把黄油摆好,包裹在油纸里然后包好压成长方形正方形都可以.弄好后放冰箱冷藏20分钟防止黄油过快融化

面团要撒点干粉两面都要,擀面杖也要干粉防粘。面团擀成大一点的长方形能包裹住黄油片就可以了,然后对半折就像叠被子一样叠起来.然后保鲜膜包好冷冻15分钟记住长方形对折型要弄好对齐再对折哈

然后从冰箱冷冻室拿出面团继续擀成大一点长方形再对折,就像叠被子一样就可以了.擀面团的时候擀面杖轻轻按压面团,再擀.这样面团会好擀一点,然后慢慢推擀面团再轻轻按压面团至面团可以对折为止,速度要快.不然黄油会融化,再次放进冰箱冷冻15分钟.一共面团对折后要放进冰箱冷冻一共要4次

冰箱拿出来后擀成大长方形薄一点的.看图哈都给详细拍照了最后卷起来留一点涂抹水上去会让卷紧一点不会撒开.然后切成15面剂看图...然后把面剂放进模具里面看图...最后放冰箱冷藏30分钟

最后做蛋挞液.蛋黄4个放进容器打散,牛奶200.动物性淡奶油240.白糖90这些放进小锅子中小火加热让白糖融化,白糖融化就可以离火不要煮沸腾只要白糖看不到就可以离火注意⚠️然后蛋黄液倒进锅里搅拌均匀,然后过筛3次放进冰箱冷藏20分钟左右等蛋挞皮好了就可以倒进去了.烤大概400度烤25分钟左右。自己看哈烤箱不一样,喜欢焦点一点的可以继续烤但是注意不要烤过头了。不懂可以问哈我也是个新手😢还没拍照就被老公抢走2个蛋挞😓还是中间的讨厌
蛋挞皮材料:普通面粉250、盐2克、白糖5克、冷水130克黄油40 黄油片:黄油150克 蛋挞液:蛋黄4个、牛奶200克、动物性淡奶油. whipping cream240克.香草精vanilla extract:1tsp

:不会啊很简单的只要4次对折然后放冰箱很快的,就是重复花时间.基本很简单😢做甜点就是要有耐心还有就是时间花的多😢你还没看做面包的.😢时间花的更多基本完成都要3-4小时
