回复 @匿名用户 : A bit pricier than third-party. But Apple refurbished means new casing + battery, plus a 1-year warranty. Worth it for peace of mind. 比第三方贵一些。不过官翻换外壳+电池，还有1年warrwnty，我觉得挺好的，买起来省心

Bought a "Premium" one, but the screen had huge scratches and tons of tiny dents—visible even through the screen protector. Requested a return immediately, but it took two weeks with no pickup, no sticker. Called UPS and Amazon endlessly, both blaming each other for the shipping code. Finally had to leave it at the apartment office and beg the front desk lady to hand it to the daily UPS driver. What a nightmare! 要是我早看到这条评论就不会踩坑了！这脑残退货机制耽误了我好多时间。买的premium结果到手屏幕几条大划痕加无数小坑洼，隔着膜都很明显，立马就申请退货，结果花了我两周时间没人上门，也没留任何sticker，ups亚麻两边打了无数电话还去线下快递点，两边都互相推说寄件码应该是对方提供，最后我把它放在公寓办公室里拖小姐姐帮我亲手交给了一位每天都会来送件的ups快递员才终于送走了…
