Editor's Pick: If you don't want to fight for equipment at the gym, just roll out a mat at home and get started. The bar screws together in three sections, sets up in ten seconds, and packs into a bag that fits in the gap of your couch. Six latex bands in three resistance levels can be freely mixed and matched, so you can switch between back and leg workouts. The handles and ankle straps are padded, so even when you sweat, they won't slip or chafe your skin. Hook it on a door anchor and you can do stretching moves too.
