回复 @匿名用户 : Usually it's automatic, but sometimes you have to call. I called for a week, and it still hasn't been unlocked. I ordered through Total, but the number porting went to Tracfone. The phone is BYOP. V company and its subsidiaries all use the same system—it's a complete mess. I called customer service, and they had to search across four departments for my order, my phone, and my number. The call lasted four hours before they finally processed it. At noon today, they said they submitted the unlock request and told me to follow up in a few days... Damn, V company is trash—one word: chaotic; two words: absolute mess; three words: complete garbage; four words: never use your main number for deals. 一般到是自动，但有时候要打电话，我的打了一星期电话，到现在都未有解，我在Total下单的，转移号码进去是归Tarcfone，手机是BYOP的，V公司及子公司都是用同一个系统的，十分之混乱，我打客服电话，在各个部门找我的订单，我的手机，我的号码，一共夸了4个部门，一共通话4小时才给我处理，今天中午说帮我提交了解锁，叫我几天后再联系……妈的V公司的都是垃圾公司，一个字乱，两个字混乱，三个字屎一样，四个字，千万别用自已常用的号码去撸优惠
