回复 @匿名用户 : Sharing my experience, I used a Flip4 before and made a screen protector replacement appointment on the official website (because the edges were peeling and there were more and more bubbles). The customer service made an appointment for me at a location I found far away, then said I could just go to Best Buy. So I went there, and Best Buy said they didn't have the protector and told me to contact Samsung . I ended up trading it in. Samsung's customer service said Best Buy offers the service, but whether they will do it for you depends on whether they have the parts. 讲我的经历，我之前用flip4，然后上官网预约换膜（膜两边缝隙翘起来了，然后气泡越来越多）客服给我预约了我觉得挺远，客服说可以直接去best buy ，我去了，best buy说没有这个膜，叫我找三星，然后我拿去trade in了，三星客服是说best buy有这个服务，best buy 具体给不给你弄，可能还要看他们有没有配件？

回复 @吃人陈 : I traded my 4 for a 5, and taxes were calculated based on the original price. The 4 only offset $1000 when I traded it for the 5, and then I still had to pay $700 + $200 in taxes . The main thing is that the hinge on the 5 was a huge improvement over the 4. Since the 6 doesn't have much difference, I'll hold off on upgrading for now. 4 trade的5，税是按原价算的，4换5的时候也就抵了1000，然后还要给700+200税来着，主要是5的铰链比4进步太多了，6没有太大区别我就先不换了

回复 @AppleId_SyREbfRR : Changing the folding method or reducing thickness would be fine. The hardware upgrades are just incremental, which is bad. Samsung is known for bad software, and their "family bucket" copies are half-baked. AI has a big reputation, but there are few actual feature demonstrations. 换个叠的方式，削厚度都行。硬件都在挤牙膏就是差，三星搞软件出名垃圾，抄全家桶都是半桶水。ai名声大，实质功能展示没几个。
