✅ The Vault Series
-
🍬🍫 Honey Marshmallow Rocky Road
honey into marshmallow, into chocolate ice cream with cinnamon and ancho chili with hazelnuts candied in glaze
-
🫒🧀 Black Olive Brittle & Goat Cheese
sweet-but-salty butter brittle from black olives into goat cheese ice cream
-
🌽🧇 Sweet Corn & Waffle Cones
corn into corn flavored ice cream in ribbons of brown butter caramel with bits of chocolate-covered waffle cone added
-
🍓🍰 Strawberry Cilantro Lime Cheesecake
cracker crust into strawberry ice cream with cilantro lime cheesecake
-
🥭🍺🌶️ Mango Habanero IPA Sorbet
Laces IPA with fresh habanero, and mangoes and citrus
