今天来吐槽一下他们不好的地方
At the very beginning I really love this place, but after day 1, many problem came up.
1. I required a new clean bathrobe through WhatsApp in the second day morning, but I have waited for long while then it finally came. If I requested something, the staffs will ring the bell first, and then walk-in directly to my room. I was like, what if I’m doing something privately? How can I stop them getting in??
2. The first morning I went to breakfast at 8am, I got perfect service and had delicious food. The second morning I went was at 10am, which is a busier hour. Because there are more customers during that time, the service was very bad compared to the first day. I ordered something and the staff missed my order, my order didn't come even after 11am, which is the time breakfast end. Besides, I sat outdoor on the first day and I sat indoor on the second day, I didn't get attention on the second day, like nobody care if I'm doing good or need help, I can only ask for assistance when some staffs walk pass by my table.
3. I required a transportation to Oia town at 6:50am in the morning to see sunrise, but the cart is available at 7:10. When I arrived at Oia town, the sky is already bright and we already missed the sunrise. Actually we couldn't really see sunrise in Oia because we are on the west side, but if the staffs have told us about it or remind us little earlier during check-in, that would be perfect.
Overall, I think all problems came up because they don't have enough people to service during busy hours, especially 9am - 11am time slot. People are checking out so lots of things couldn't be taken care well of.
