全程自己 DIY，没有找律师！在这里要特别感谢一下老公🥹，前期工作几乎都是他了解和准备的，然后讲给我，我粗略的填了一遍之后，他还帮我一遍遍检查文件，查instruction，整个过程才这么顺利～ 

BG: 我是F1过来读的本科和硕士，现在是opt ext状态，在美将近十年，老公公民。

🔎 申请流程

1️⃣ 准备清单
先列出需要的文件，边整理边打印。主要有：

* I-130, I-130A

* I-485

* I-765

* I-131

* I-693

* 支票

* 各种 supporting documents（护照、I-94、结婚证、老公公民文件复印件、我的签证/I-20、工作证明等）

2️⃣ 填表 + 检查
我先第一遍跟着视频大概填填，接下来第二遍两个人仔仔细细过一遍，逐项检查和改。
👉 建议一定要两个人 cross-check，避免低级错误。

3️⃣ 准备 evidence
我们是刚结婚一个月就申请，很多“strong evidence”不算多，但：

* 照片准备了超级超级多（旅行、日常、和朋友/家人的合照）

* 共同账户的 bank statement

* 租房合同、lease

* 联名保险（车险/健康险）
这些都能加分～

4️⃣ 打包寄出
把一个表和相关support的材料装一个文件夹，又所有材料按 USCIS 指南顺序排好，分 section 放清楚（可以用隔板/标签纸），避免材料散乱。
📮 我们是用 Fed ex寄出的，我记得好像是66🔪左右，比我expect的便宜一点，3天就到了。

没有找律师帮忙是因为我的情况比较普遍和简单，以及通过过去的经历我觉得没有人比我更了解我自己的情况，也没有人比我自己会对这个更上心更认真。不过工作很忙或者不喜欢填表的友友们肯定找律师更方便，或者simple citizen感觉也不错，我没有用是因为等我想起来的时候以及填完两个表了lol

我们递交婚绿材料时用到的 cover letter 模板。每个表格（I-130 / I-485 / I-765 / I-131 / I-864）我们都有单独做 cover letter，再加一个总封面信
