📍 设施位置三连问
1️⃣ 洗衣房
"Where's the laundry room? Do I need to book slots?"
别说 wash clothes，容易让人以为你要在厕所手洗衣服。
2️⃣ 垃圾站
"Where are the recycling bins? Do we separate plastics and glass?"
美国垃圾分类超严格，问清楚避免动辄几十刀的罚单！
3️⃣ 公共区
"Could you show me the common areas? Are there any usage rules?"
影音室、公共厨房有些需要预约，不问清楚可能白跑一趟～
🎮 娱乐设施

"Can I borrow the ping-pong paddles? Do I need to deposit anything?"
大多押学生卡就能借，羽毛球拍、桌游同理。
✅ 预约规则
"Is the pool table first-come-first-serve or bookable?"
提前问清楚，避免周末人满为患。
📶 生活必备

"Are there designated parking spots for residents? How do I apply?"
乱停被拖车是真贵，学姐血泪提醒。
✅ 健身房
"Are gym towels provided? Do we need safety induction first?"
有些公寓要求先上“安全课”才能用器械。
🚨 紧急情况
🔹 钥匙锁房里
"I've accidentally locked myself out. Could you let me back in?"
记得带 ID，不然人家不让进。
🔹 取快递
"Hi, I’m here to pick up a parcel. My collection code is [取件码]."
直接出示短信/邮件更稳，避免拼错名字尴尬。
🔹 报修
紧急："My shower is leaking badly. Could someone fix it today?"
非紧急："The desk lamp isn't working. What's the repair procedure?"
这一套口语背下来，基本能应付 90% 的公寓日常，而且听起来像个“老住户”，既不怕尴尬还显得超会生活 。
