卖串啦！卖串啦！一个赞一把羊肉串，走过路过不要错过哦🤪😁哈哈，前天在Costco买了一盒羊腿，今天羊肉串安排起来！又香又辣，吃的过瘾！
🔥准备食材：
羊腿
羊肉串调料
竹签
🔥做法：
👉🏻1.羊腿洗干净后切成小块，放入碗里，加入洋葱丁，姜丝，一勺耗油，一勺生抽，一勺十三香，一勺白胡椒粉，一勺淀粉和一勺油，搅拌均匀后腌制一晚上入味。
👉🏻2.第二天把羊肉块串进竹签里，撒适量的羊肉串烤料，用手抓一下，把调料弄进羊肉里。
👉🏻3.依次摆放在烤盘上，用刷子刷一层油。烤箱300℉烤30分钟。
👉🏻4.30分钟后取出来，刷一层油，再次送进烤箱烤30分钟即可。（一共烤1小时）
⭐我的羊肉串调料特别辣，所以放一次调料就够了，如果想要更香更辣，可以烤好后撒辣椒粉，椒盐粉等增香。
⭐中途一定要拿出来刷油哦，因为烤的过程中羊肉会干，刷油会让烤出来的羊肉串口感更好！
