正月十五过了,也给春节画上了句号。嘴巴开心了,体重多了几磅,马上开始健康早餐做起来....大家都知道减增肌时Carb摄取量要减少,可对于一个甜品控吃货来说太-难-了!怎么办,今天Supermommy就来分享一个我爱的Paleo 无面粉微波炉版"Blueberry Mug cake",它不仅好吃,营养low carbs,还是颜党的你最爱,Let's make it! 让减肥中的你也可以enjoy 美食!😋
⭐️Ingredients: (食材)⭐️
2 tablespoons coconut flour
¼ teaspoon baking powder
1 鸡蛋
1-½ tablespoons melted 椰油
1-½ tablespoons枫糖浆 (or other liquid sweetener)
1 tablespoon coconut milk (or almond milk)
¼ teaspoon香草精
10粒新鲜蓝莓
⭐️Directions:做法⭐️
1 In a small bowl whisk together coconut flour, and baking powder.
2 Add egg, coconut oil, maple syrup, coconut milk and vanilla and mix thoroughly to combine
3 Fill into a large mug ,throw some Blueberries on top of the batter and microwave on high for about 2 ½ minutes. Start checking at about 2 minutes. Let sit for a couple minuted before eating.
